Date: February 14, 2025 Time: convention at 6:00 pm, departure at 9:00 pm.
This is the only opportunity to spend the lovers’ holiday more than 200 meters underground, in the heart of the oldest salt mine in Poland. The evening will begin with an exciting ride in an underground train, after which we will arrive at the salt chamber – a place with an extraordinary atmosphere, where a gala dinner will be held.
Valentine’s Day feast for two
For this special occasion, our chefs have prepared a special menu that will delight even the most demanding palates.
VALENTINE’S DAY MENU
SET I – PLN 120/person.
- Appetizer: Valentine’s Day carpaccio of roasted beet with goat cheese, balsamic sauce and roasted nuts.
- Soup: Velvety cream of white vegetables with truffle oil.
- Main course (your choice):
- Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms, cream sauce, baked potato, cauliflower romanesco.
- Ravioli with spinach and ricotta in tomato sauce with Parmesan flakes.
- Dessert: Tiramisu.
- Drinks: Coffee, tea, water, a glass of wine.
SET II – $140/person.
- Appetizer: Salad from the heart with shrimp, pineapple, red onion and orange-ginger vinaigrette.
- Soup: Cream of tomatoes with a hint of chili and basil leaves.
- Main course (your choice):
- Pork tenderloin, mashed yams, tartar sauce, caramelized beet.
- Grilled salmon with spinach, sundried tomato, mashed potato and a bouquet of vegetables.
- Dessert: Hot raspberries with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and meringue crumble.
- Drinks: Coffee, tea, water, a glass of wine.
