Terms and conditions

§ 1

This regulation sets out the general conditions for the operation of the website at www.kopalnia-bochnia.pl, operated by Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd., ul. Campi 15, 32-700 Bochnia (hereinafter referred to as the Service);

§ 2

The Service is informational and service-oriented, available without restrictions to all users with access to the internet;

§ 3

The Service is the exclusive property of Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd., which decides on the scope and form of the information presented and the services provided through it to its customers;

§ 4

Each user of the Service has the right to fully use its resources only on the condition that they do not infringe upon the copyrights or trademark rights of Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd. Any other use requires the user to obtain written consent or enter into an agreement with Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd.;

§ 5

The Service operated by Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd. and all its elements are protected by law, particularly the Act of April 16, 1993, on combating unfair competition (consolidated text – Dz. U. 2018, item 419), the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights (consolidated text – Dz. U. 2017, item 880, as amended), the Act of June 30, 2000, on industrial property law (consolidated text – Dz. U. 2017, item 776), and the Act of July 27, 2001, on database protection (consolidated text – Dz. U. 2001, No. 128, item 1402, as amended);

§ 6

The functioning of the Contact Form and the newsletter of Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd. is governed by separate regulations: the Contact Form Regulations and the Newsletter Regulations;

§ 7

The functioning of accounts on Facebook, Skype, Instagram, and YouTube within the Service is governed by separate regulations of their internet service providers;

§ 8

The Service operates in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text – Dz. U. 2017, item 1219, as amended), the Act of July 16, 2004, on telecommunications law (consolidated text – Dz. U. 2017, item 1907, as amended), and the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (OJ EU L 2016, No. 119, p. 1);

§ 9

The Service uses cookies to recognize users’ personal preferences and obtain information about their login status. All details regarding the use of cookies are included in the Cookie Policy;

§ 10

The Data Controller is Bochnia Salt Mine Ltd. with its registered office at ul. Campi 15, 32-700 Bochnia, KRS: 0000478929, NIP: 8680000485, REGON: 000867845. All details regarding the processing of personal data are included in the Privacy Policy;

§ 11
