Ticket purchase online

Online tickets can be purchased no later than 60 minutes before the selected service starts. We operate based on a dynamic pricing system – the earlier you buy your ticket, the cheaper it is, and online prices are always more favorable than those at the ticket office.

On the same day, tickets can also be purchased on-site at the mine’s ticket office.

Visiting the tourist route with the underground multimedia exhibition (in all variants) in English is conducted using an audioguide system. Please ask for an audioguide at the ticket office.
