The route requires good physical condition, as it leads through several levels of the underground, which further emphasizes its authenticity and makes it one of the most unique routes available in Bochnia.

Where does the "Salt Witness" route start and end?

The "Salt Witness" tour starts at the Sutoris shaft (ul. Solna 2) in the center of Bochnia, and the exit from the mine is at the Campi shaft (ul. Campi 15).

Are there toilets available on the route?

There are no toilets on the "Salt Witness" route. We encourage visitors to use the facilities before starting the tour.

How long does the "Salt Witness" tour last?

The tour lasts approximately 3.5 to 4 hours and may vary slightly depending on the pace of the group.

Is there parking available for coaches/buses?

Yes, coaches and buses can use the unguarded parking lot at the Campi shaft of the Bochnia Salt Mine. The parking fee is 40 PLN per day. However, please note that the "Salt Witness" tour starts at the Sutoris shaft, located in the city center. The possibility of having a coach drive directly to the Sutoris shaft should be arranged in advance with the Tourism Service Office during the tour reservation.
